Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you are not satisfied with the product (or service) that you have purchased from us and are within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase then you can request a full refund providing you have not started a course or lesson or used the service or product

After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible for a refund.. We encourage our customers to read and enquire about the product (or service) prior to their purchase to ensure it fits their needs.

You have the right to cancel your product (or service) at any point.  If you choose to cancel your product (or service) within 14 days from the date of purchase then you will be entitled to a full refund.  If you cancel your product (or service) after 14 days from the date of purchase then you will no longer be entitled to a refund.

Any refund or cancellation can only be requested by submitting an online complaint at www.my5day.com/complaints

Refunds are usually processed on a weekly basis but please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be refunded back to you via your original payment method or bank transfer once a refund has been confirmed by the complaints team.
